Chapel of the Incarnation

Catholics customarily bow a head or a knee, in honor of Jesus, the Word-Made-Flesh, in reciting the words of the Incarnation during the Angelus or the Creed. Some years back, the Servants began honoring this mystery on the Solemnity of the Annunciation with a Great Feast of celebration, food, families, and fun.

So it was fitting last spring, after weeks of praying for St. Joseph’s intercession, that the Servants went under contract for their new residence, providentially on the Solemnity of the Incarnation!  In honor of the conception of Jesus Christ, the Great Mystery of the Incarnation, and God’s timing of our real estate contract, we wish to convert a large front living room into the Chapel of the Incarnation.

$11,500 is the estimate for additional framing, flooring, doors, custom cabinets, lighting and painting for the chapel.  With your help, we hope to have the Chapel of the Incarnation complete this fall, in plenty of time for our Great Feast of All Saints on November 1.

If you are able to help, please consider a donation to the Servants of Christ Jesus for the Chapel of the Incarnation.
